This programme is both inward and outward-looking. Inwardly, Institutional development and strengthening will ensure that CFA continues to sustainably discharge its core mandate efficiently and effectively. CFA will endeavour to regularly strengthen its human capital competencies, and organizational, administrative, and financial structures.

Externally, this programme allows CFA to undertake institutional strengthening through the facilitation of capacity development and strengthening of relevant and targeted partners, including but not limited, to state and non-state actors and development partners.
